 Senior (Interim) Pastor

A native of Florida, Chaplain Peacock comes to ROCC after a distinguished 30-year career in the United States Armed Forces, where he retired as Senior Army Chaplain from Brooke Army Medical Center in 1999. He more recently served as Associate Area Minister with the Bluebonnet Area of the Christian Church. He and his wife Sue have two daughters and three grandchildren.

Pastor Lin Alyn Duncan

 Family and Children's Ministries

Pastor Lin Alyn Duncan is a licensed minister serving the children and families with children at Rolling Oaks Christian Church.  Lin Alyn had a twenty-seven year career as a teacher in the elementary classroom.  In her present ministry she brings together two of her greatest passions, her love of children and her love of Scripture.  Under her guidance, the children's program at ROCC is a balanced one that addresses our children's needs for sound worship, fellowship, outreach, and education experiences.

 Pastor Eunice Van Hoosen
 Missions & Outreach

Growing up as a Missouri Disciple, Eunice has a passion for serving the poor and disenfranchised.  She has held women's leadership positions on the region and general church level.

 Kathy Mayer
 Music and Youth Director

Ms. Mayer grew up in San Antonio. She received her Bachelor of Music in vocal performance and a Masters of Music in choral conducting from UTSA. Kathy is also a performing member of the San Antonio Vocal Arts Ensemble (SAVAE).

Kathy has worked with various youth groups volunteering her time and was a natural for Youth Director.

 Pablo Aguilar
 Musician

A native of Mexico, Pablo often invites his family and/or students of his to join us with a variety of instrumentation. In addition, Pablo is a piano teacher with the Musical Arts Center of San Antonio.

 Pastor Fred Lauten
 Communications Coordinator 

 

Air Force veteran retired in San Antonio.  He has a bachelor's degree focused on business administration, an MBA/A (focus on Aviation Management), and an MDiv.  Fred has pastored three United Methodist Churches and is now working toward ordination in the Christian Church (DoC).  Fred is assisting various members and committees of Rolling Oaks Christian Church as they seek to use every means available to “proclaim the Good News to all creation.” (Mark 16:15 CJB)
