Rev. Sara Nave FisherRev. Sara Nave Fisher
Senior Pastor

I come to you with my husband, Jonathan, who is an Active Duty Army chaplain (DOC) who will be working at BAMC. We have been married for twelve years and have three kids: Sophia (10), Ransom (8), and Lenora (6). Jonathan and I are both from Michigan, and in his time in the Army have lived in Georgia, Alabama, Washington, Kansas, South Carolina, and Kentucky.

I completed my Master of Divinity through Lexington Theological Seminary while working as the Family Minister at First Christian Church of Hopkinsville, Kentucky. While there, I oversaw ministry for birth through high school, with a primary focus on youth group. My driving mission for that ministry was for the young people to see the church as integral in their lives, and themselves as integral in the church. After ordination, I focused on Congregational Life in my new role as Associate Minister, and that mission continued to center my work with young people and adults.
Our favorite thing to do as a family is try out local restaurants, so let us know your favorites!
